Payment
Payments can be done by creditcard or directly through your PayPal account. MooMoo is connected to PayPal for it's creditcard payments.
This is one of the biggest and most reliable companies for creditcard handling (www.paypal.com). You don't need to be a member of PayPal and there're no additional
costs for paying with your creditcard. During checkout you can simple choose for the PayPal creditcard option. This will take you to the secure website of PayPal.
Based on your payment and the ordernumber we can trace your order.
There's also the possibilty of paying your order by an international money transfer to our bankaccount. Please contact us for the details.
Shipping & Returns
The shipping costs inside the EU are Eur 19,50, except for Ireland, Norway and Switzerland. Outside the EU and the countries previously mentioned, the costs of transportation are Eur 39,50.
Cowhides that are in stock, will be send within 2 to 3 working days after receiving the payment notice from PayPal. Transit time within the EU is about one week,
to the US about two weeks.
As MooMoo is convinced of the high quality of it's hides, we offer a "Money Back Guarantee". This means that if, for any reason,
you might not be happy with the goods you bought, you can return them within 14 days and get your money back. After receiving the goods, MooMoo will immediately
return the funds to your account or creditcard. Unfortunately MooMoo can not refund the shippingcosts that are made and will refund the amount of the original costs
of the goods ordered. |
