Just to let you know the rug arrived on Monday - I only called to my parents yesterday so apologies for the delay in contacting you!
Anyway the rug is divine, absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so much for sorting the problems out efficiently and professionally - I was a bit worried when I didn't
receive the first package but my faith has been more than restored and the picture of the rug online doesn't even do it justice in reality. We're afraid to walk on it
now!

We received our cowhide yesterday. First we were amazed that the package was so small.
But when we opened the box, we saw that the hide was folded exactly in the box and that when we unfolded it, it was exactly the size mentioned on the website
We're very happy about it, we just still have to figure out the name!

Everyone here in the family was against ordering a cowhide through the internet.
Now that we have received the hide, we're all extremely happy with it.
It's beautiful and I love the softness and the colour of it.
And it is for certain half the price of what you pay for a hide like this here in the interior shops!

It was very exciting to open the box.
Now that it's on the floor, we only have one problem with it.
We can't see our dog when he lays on the black spots of the hide!!! So I think we have to paint our dog in a different colour.
